Aurora provides the following support to all franchise partners to ensure smooth setup and operations:
1. Menu Card
Complete menu covering Ice creams, Sundaes, Stone Sundaes, Milkshakes and Fast-Food items.
2. Recipes & Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
Detailed recipes for every item. Standardized portion sizes and preparation methods.
3. Staff Training
Comprehensive training for kitchen and serving staff on preparation, serving, and packaging.
4. Vendor Contacts
Approved supplier contacts for all raw materials and packaging materials. Vendor list for necessary equipment such as freezers, blenders, and display units.
5. Interior Design Support
Professional design layouts for the outlet. Branding and signage guidelines.
6. Marketing & Media Support
Professional photos and videos of menu items (subject to availability). Assistance in launching and promoting the store locally and online.
Franchise Requirements
- Minimum Area: 300–600 sq. ft. (ideal for dine-in + takeaway)
- Location Preference: High footfall areas, malls, or near educational hubs
